I am a fully insured and certified hypnotherapist registered with the Hypnotherapy Society. I hold a Level 3 Hypnotherapy Diploma from Chrysalis, where I trained in a range of evidence-based techniques to support real, lasting change. How We Work

It helps to know what happens during treatment, so I mapped the whole process for you step by step.
Step 1. We Discuss
You’re welcome to book a free introductory call whenever it feels right for you. We'll meet in Zoom or GoogleMeet and talk about anything that comes up.

If it feels easier to write, you can also fill out the online form with any questions or thoughts, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or prepared in advance. Just bring whatever feels present for you.

Step 2. We Meet
The initial consultation is your space to tell me about yourself: your story, your challenges, and the change you want to see in your life.

During this session, you’ll also experience your first hypnosis and hopefully begin to feel that sense of ease, calm, and clarity that shows you how powerful this work can be.

By the end of our session, you’ll know whether I’m the right therapist for you, and whether hypnotherapy feels like something that can truly help. If the answer is yes, I will recommend a number of weekly sessions. We can always adjust the plan to fit the time and resources you have available.
Step 3. We Work
Each session begins with a conversation. We talk about your week: what’s changed, what’s challenged you, and how you’re feeling now. Then we move into hypnosis — different every time, always shaped by your feedback — guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and focus.

My favourite part (and often my clients’, too) is the moment you open your eyes and share the inner journey you’ve just experienced. Some of the insights that emerge are truly remarkable — they become quiet guideposts, helping you see yourself and your life with new clarity. Together, we explore how to bring that awareness gently into your everyday life.
