Step 1. We meet
You’re welcome to book an initial consultation whenever it feels right for you. There’s no pressure — you only pay if you decide that continuing our work together is the right next step.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or prepared in advance. Just bring whatever feels present for you, and I’ll be here to support you as we gently explore the patterns and emotions shaping your experience.

After our initial consultation, I will create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals.

This includes choosing imagery, language, and techniques that truly resonate with you.

I will recommend a number of sessions, and together we will adjust the plan to fit the time you have available.
Step 3. We work
Each hypnotherapy session is a collaborative process: we explore your inner world together, gently let go of what no longer serves you, and make space for new, nourishing patterns to take root.

The pace is yours. There's no need to push or perform. Your nervous system sets the rhythm and together we follow it.
